At least a 2:1 bachelor’s degree in psychology, or a related field.
Enthusiasm for the learning of SEN students.
A caring, supportive personality.
Dedicated to following strict safeguarding procedures.
Some knowledge of special educational needs.
Previous experience of working in a school setting is beneficial.

The RoleAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality 1-2-1 support to a KS3 student with additional learning needs.
