Job Description

Solution Support CoordinatorWe are recruiting for Solution Support Coordinator in the Wednesbury WS10 area.This company provides engineering consumables , MRO , Janitorial, PPE and vendor managed inventory.As a Solution Support Coordinator you will need to have:

  • Good Knowledge of Company Vending and Scan solutions
  • Details:
  • Main Duties Solution Support Coordinator
  • You will process all vend usage and scan reports to ensure the sales are correctly registered with the AX system and that the required replenishment action is undertaken in line with agreed Minimum and Maximum levels to meet contracted Service levels.
  • Ensure where practical that no Customer solution suffers an out of Stock
  • Become familiar which each solution under their control to be able to identify trends
  • Understand the consequences of increased usage through the full supply chain
  • Engage with delivery Branches to ensure Licence plates are landed daily
  • Process vends reports into Credit collects within AX system
  • Review scan reports and ensure Service Support Centres are maintaining scan average
  • Review key customer usage on weekly basis to identify any usage spikes
  • Investigate future demands and react to ensure stock levels are maintained.
  • Liaise with Account Management to amend levels to maintain stock levels.
  • Understand customer business model allowing anticipation of seasonal increased activity
  • Develop and maintain a Close working Liaison with Service Support Teams
  • Review Status of replenishment shipments daily to ensure the correct action is taken
  • Understand each others working practices to deliver on Customer Expectations
  • Salary: Negotiable , dependant on experience. Between £18,000 - £22,000 per annum.
  • Working Hours of Inbound Solution Support Coordinator
  • 37.5 hours per week.
  • 08:30am - 17:00pm Monday to Thursday , 08:30am - 16:00pm on Fridays.
