Our vibrant secondary school in Brent, West London, are seeking a dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their dynamic team from September 2024.Role:As a full-time Graduate Teaching Assistant, youll play a pivotal role in supporting teaching and learning across various subjects. Youll work closely with experienced educators, gaining invaluable insight and hands-on experience in a real classroom environment.Responsibilities:

Assisting teachers in lesson planning and preparation
Providing one-on-one support to students who may need additional support
Conducting small group activities and workshops
Creating a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
Assisting with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

A bachelors degree (or equivalent) in any discipline and/or previous graduate teaching assistant experience.
Enthusiasm for working with secondary school SEN students
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
A desire to pursue a career in secondary school teaching
