Management AccountantWembley, North-West London£34,000 - £38,000 + Comprehensive Study SupportWe are currently working with this highly success and market leading business based in Wembley who are currently looking to appoint a part qualified management accountant to join their high performing finance function.This is a great opportunity for a part qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or AAT) to work alongside the senior finance team and gain broad exposure across the finance team. Study support will be provided for those actively studying towards a professional qualificationto include, exams / tutoring fees and exam / study leave.If you have at least 3 years experience as either a management accountant, assistant accountant or financial accountant and are seeking the next step in your career this business offers great professional development within a commercial and financial reportingenvironment with excellent exposure to senior mentors throughout the finance team.The role will work closely with both the Financial Controller & Finance Manager to deliver together the subsidiary and consolidated monthly management accounts, annual financial statements, tax and other returns in an accurate and timely manner.In Detail:* Preparation of subsidiary company management accounts with commentary and analysis* Treasury management including cash flow forecasts and bank reconciliations* Project Accounting and Contract cash reporting.* Application of financial controls including balance sheet reconciliations* Preparation of subsidiary company annual financial statements* Completion of company VAT Returns* Corporation Tax computations* Playing a key role in finance improvement projects.* Developing processes, controls and insightful reporting metrics.* Other ad hoc projects.Beyond the above the role has excellent scope for learning opportunities and development as the successful candidate demonstrates their capabilities.Please Apply if you meet the following criteria:* Must have a minimum of 3 years experience and be looking for an opportunity to grow in a new role.* Must have previous experience of P&Ls, Balance sheets, Journals, Reconciliations etc.* Actively studying Part-qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, AAT or CIMA)* Has advanced Excel skills covering spreadsheet design, data management & graphs, pivots, sum-ifs etc.* As this role is office based must live locally to Wembley or a sensible commuting distance.* Can deliver timely and accurate financial information.* Enjoys working as part of a small team to achieve goals and create success.* Is able to challenge the status quo and make improvements.* A proactive and results drive individual that takes pride in doing a great job.* Ability to work with all levels across the business.AGY - Vitae Financial RecruitmentWe Exist To Be Different - Membership NOT RegistrationRequired skills
