Job Description

Our client is a large local government organisation and looking for an experienced Performance Analyst to join their team. This is initially a 6 month contract which may be extended for the right applicant. Our client is looking for someone who can comeon board and To support the delivery of day performance management and quality assurance systems for local strategies and plans for Community Wellbeing in line with legislative requirements, national and local policy and strategy and to undertake researchand analysis to help evaluate and improve understanding of need in the borough.You willSupport the delivery of performance management for a service area within Community Wellbeing.To lead developments around data quality and improvement, working closely with service areas to support data improvement.To lead on a range of performance reporting that support projects and programmes across the directorate as required.To actively develop and improve performance system, using knowledge and experience to support managers to take ownership of data and data quality.To undertake health and equity impact assessment, and other forms of research using modelling and forecasting techniques.To support delivery of all national (statutory) corporate and partnership performance submissions in an accurate and timely manner.To lead on delivery of performance reports as required, including supporting operational managers to develop and own performance management informationPLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE IS INSIDE SCOPE OF IR35
