New, in-house opportunity for a UK qualified Solicitor with a background in Commercial or Construction disputes.Our client is a leading UK Property Developer operating across Residential and Commercial, seeking to add additional expertise to their high performing in-house legal function. This is a newly formed role to support ongoing, large scale projectsWe are seeking candidates with a background in Construction Litigation, although more general Comm Lit will be considered. From 6 PQE upwards, exposure to high value, complex Litigation is essential. Youll lead the functions advice to the Group business (includingthe Exec Team), proactively manage risk, and input processes to regulate day to day activities. In addition, youll be expected to manage external specialists to ensure a joined up approach.There is a high likelihood of this role being made permanent, so candidates with a desire to work in-house are encouraged to apply.
