Reed Secure is a specialist provider of permanent, contract, temporary and outsourced recruitment solutions for security cleared professionals.We requireLocal Support Services Team Memberto cover an existing workload withinCounter Terrorism Policing, based in Empress State Building.This is an interim position for aninitial 6 monthswith the potential to be extended, dependent on workload.

The candidate is required to beonsite.
Work hours can be discussed, but the Hiring Manager is open to consideringcondensed hours over a 3-day week.
Monday and Tuesdayare non-negotiable workdays. The third day can be discussed and agreed upon.
Interviews will be conductedface-to-face.

Job SummaryTo be part of a team providing a broad range of business support services to staff based at the Counter Terrorism Operations Centre.Key Tasks

Place orders for goods & services as required, via the Police Standard Operating Platform system.
Staffing the Building Management Team storeroom, and issuing items required by staff.
Assisting the Messengers with the movement of internal despatch & post, and assisting with deliveries to CTOC.

Essentials Experience Experience of working in a customer focused environment.
