Job Description

This is the chance for a Maintenance Engineer to join a trusted global brand that has developed industry leading innovations; designing and producing world-class products to transform safety and reliability for the plumbing and heating industry. As a MaintenanceEngineer, you will be tasked with maximising machinery output and minimising plant downtime through effective preventative maintenance and efficient breakdown response, whilst maintaining a safe and healthy environment and promoting good engineering practice.You will be working from 07:00 to 15:30, Monday to Friday.Key Responsibilities:

Swiftly address plant faults and defects to maintain operational order
Complete reactive tasks across the site and proactively identify root causes for improvement
Adhere to Engineering procedures, including LOTOTO and the Permit System
Perform routine PPM on M&E plant according to schedules and asset lists
Report critical equipment issues to Engineering management promptly
Maintain accurate records and comply with work instructions

Requirements and Skills:

Electrical and mechanical engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
Completion of an advanced apprenticeship in engineering or relevant qualification
Knowledge of HSE processes and standards
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Experience with assembly and moulding equipment desired
Familiarity with IEE 17th or 18th Edition desired
PLC experience desired
Air and pneumatics training desired
Able to stand for long periods for repairs and PPM, capable of bending, crouching, sitting, or prone work as needed
