Customer Operations Travel CoordinatorTo Base Salary £32,000 + Bonus and BenefitsHybrid - West LondonOur client is one of the UKs longest established ski company who specialise in bespoke ski holidays within Europe and North America.They are fully ABTA bonded and provide themselves in providing the very best experiences for their clients ski trips providing accommodation ranging from the budget conscious to luxury chaletsDue to growth and expansion, they are now recruiting for a Customer Operations Travel CoordinatorThis is a key role in supporting a small team providing operational and administration support to clients and colleagues.Applicants must have previous experience in administration, support, or in an operations role within the travel industry and will consider Senior Executives looking to progress their career in a Team Leader role.This role is offered on a hybrid basis, 2 days in the office in West London and 3 days remote.Customer Operations Travel Coordinator Duties:Supporting and coaching a small team within the departmentEnsuring all bookings are correct and complete before invoices and itineraries are despatched.Liaising with suppliers to fulfil all book requests managing stop sales, amendments,Responsible for any pre departure customer issues, changes to holidays etcLeading the team and overseeing tasks to ensure that deadlines are met.Customer Operations Travel Coordinator Experience Required:Previous experience in an operations, support or administration role within the travel industry is essential.Senior Consultants/Executives looking to progress into a team leader role will be considered.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Attention to detail.Fluency in written and verbal EnglishCustomer Operations Travel Coordinator Salary and Benefits:Base Salary to £32,000 depending on experience + £2,000 annual bonus22 days annual leave rising by 1 day per year of serviceCareer development and progressionFam trips and travel discountsPredominately Monday to Friday role, weekends on a rota during peak period with a day off in lieuHybrid workingEducationalsTo apply for this Customer Operations Travel Coordinator role, please email your CV and a member of the team will in contact to discuss your application and the companyRequired skills
