Job Description

Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing administrative support in the healthcare industry Our client, a leading healthcare organisation, is seeking a motivated Clinical Secretary to join their team.Salary: £37,000 per yearFully RemoteContract until May 2025Start date: AugustHours: Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:00pmHeres what you need to know about the role:

  • You will be responsible for supporting the members of the Executive team, ensuring all administrative tasks are managed effectively, allowing them to focus on their core responsibilities.
  • In this role, you will primarily work with the senior management of the New Business & Contract Retention team, but may also be required to support other central business functions as needed.
  • As a Clinical Secretary, you will be responsible for scheduling and preparing documentation for meetings, coordinating travel and accommodation, managing email inboxes, and maintaining appropriate records.
  • You will have the opportunity to contribute to the delivery of projects by taking charge of your own project action lists and providing updates to senior management.
  • Strong communication skills are essential in this role, as you will need to confidently and proactively interact with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
