Job Description

Our client is an industry-leading recruitment consultancy in life sciences and engineering recruitment in West London. They are currently massively expanding so are looking for German and/or French-speaking Recruiters to source candidates for their clients.As a German and/or French-speaking Recruitment Consultant you will ideally already have experience in sales and take pride and responsibility in your work or you are a fresh graduate looking to kick-start your career in sales. This role would require youto go into the office twice a week, with a great hybrid scheme. They offer excellent training and a very competitive commission structure.Responsibilities include:

Actively searching for talent in candidates pool or on social media channels
Helping clients with the organisation of the recruitment process
Developing new business relationships with clients in Europe
Clear progression structure within the company

Salary: £25,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience/seniority) + uncapped commissionStart date: ASAPProfile:

Fluency in written and spoken German and/or French and English.
You are passionate about working with people in the digital space and the real world.
You have a bachelors degree or equivalent qualification.
Motivated and ambitious, a high achiever.
You have experience dealing with customers or experience in sales.
