Job Description

Coordinate the lettings of Weston College’s sports facilities across multiple sites, processing booking requests and fees.
Maximise the commercial revenue for all facilities at Weston college. Ensuring booking take place and revenue is made all year round.
Producing promotional literature, reports and event materials and liaising with marketing and media organisations to increase commercial revenue.
Assisting in financial processes including creating purchase orders and new supplier set ups.

Required skills and qualifications

Experience of customer service roles and working with external and internal stakeholders
Experience of working with finances and towards a financial goal
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner
