Overview:Are you an experienced Mortgage Advisor looking for an exciting opportunity in Weston-Super-Mare Our client is seeking a talented individual to join their team. Youll be working in a dynamic environment, handling mortgages with an average property sizeof £270,000. With over 75 properties sold each month, this role offers substantial earning potential.Main Duties:As a Mortgage Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in providing mortgage advice to clients in Weston-Super-Mare. Youll be dealing with properties averaging £270,000, and the bustling market sees over 75 property sales each month. Your responsibilitieswill include:

  • Offering mortgage advice to clients.
  • Evaluating mortgage applications and providing solutions.
  • Building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Explaining complex mortgage details to clients.
  • Staying up-to-date with mortgage and property market trends.
  • Collaborating with team members and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Skills:To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
  • Full CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
