Business Analyst

Annual Salary: Up to £55k
Location: Coventry (Remote based)
Job Type: Full-time

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven Business Analyst to join a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong analytical mindset, capable of analysing business problems, troubleshooting issues,and effectively communicating findings across different teams while raising the technical bar. Day-to-day of the role:

Investigate operational needs, perform gap analysis, and apply lean and systems thinking process improvement techniques to contribute to business transformation solution design.
Utilise business systems analysis expertise to participate in the creation of Business Cases, outlining future project proposals aligned with strategic objectives.
Lead workshops with multiple stakeholders to extract functional and non-functional requirements in an engaging manner.
Support meetings internally and with third parties, taking on the Agile team leader role to manage Stand Ups, Agile Boards, and identify blockers.
Develop and enhance customer relationships, manage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, and adhere to change management protocols and processes.
Prioritise, specify, and model requirements in line with Agile & Waterfall documentation standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

A proven track record of applying analytical techniques to evaluate existing business practices.
Experience with all aspects of the project lifecycle across several business areas, from inception through to implementation and training.
Evidence of applying business improvement techniques to identify solutions for project delivery, risks, and issues.
Confidence in working with stakeholders at various organisational levels.
Competence within programmes of work utilising both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience of producing a wide range of Business Analysis products including use cases, user stories, and process flows.
