Job Description

We have an exciting position to join this rapidly growing construction company, which is looking for an experienced Estimator to help deliver continued growth for the company. Managing an array of different projects and using your proactive nature thereis real growth for someone to make an impact in this team.You’ll be an integral part of a collaborative team and contribute towards exciting projects using your knowledge to offer the best solutions. A platform where ideas to assist your clients in delivering projects you can take some real pride in achieving cost-effectivesolutions.As the Estimator, you will be:

  • Analysing drawings and specifications for
  • Preparing estimates, proposals, and quotations for clients
  • Manage Tender processes and deadlines
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers
  • Recommend cost-effective solutions
  • Gather pricing from all sources including external suppliers and sub-contractors
  • Follow up on submissions
  • Participate in pre-start meetings
As the Estimator, you will have:
  • Experience within a similar role
  • A great understanding of numbers, costings, and profit
  • Great Customer Service Skills
  • A proactive and engaging approach
  • Fantastic communication skills
