Regional Business Development Manager (Industrial and driving recruitment)North West (Wigan office base)£50,000 basic salary | Car or car allowance | £30,000 annual expected bonusHarrison Sands have an exciting new opening for a Regional Business Development Manager to oversee all client development within their North West driving and industrial branches.This company have established branches within both industrial and driving markets operating within the North West, with a solid consultancy based capable of servicing both onsite and A-Z business. Their servicing skills are strong, but at the moment corebusiness development falls in the remit of the Branch Managers, which is why this position has been created, to enable them to have additional sales support and strategic vision.Reporting directly into the Operations Director, this position will sit in the senior strategic team, and although you will have a branch base from Wigan the expectation is that you will be able to work from home when you arent attending client developmentvisits or visiting the branches.Applicants must have a core background within Business Development within the volume temps market, and be able to specifically evidence significant client wins within either (or both) the industrial and logistics markets, and feel comfortable cross sellingacross both divisions.Basic salary is £50,000 with an expected bonus earning of £30,000 and either company car or car allowance.
