The role also involves managing orders for installation materials, supportinggrant applications, monitoring the installation process to meet lead times, and ensuring quality control. Additionally, the position requires managing project handovers to the after-sales team, providing customer documentation, and serving as a primary contactfor aftercare services.This is a permanent, full-time opportunity, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday. The role operates on a hybrid basis, allowing you to work from home most days, while also attending the Wigan office a minimum of 2 days per week.
