  • Delivering high-quality IT support to customers through (Remote Control, Phone & MS Teams).
  • Working to KPIs to maintain service tickets.
  • Collaborating with teams to design and implement new systems and processes.
  • Conducting thorough problem-solving to diagnose and fix IT issues.
  • Managing IT projects to ensure successful and timely completion through managing your calender with tickets.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest tech trends and advancements.
  • Training and guiding on new technology and applications.
  • Ensuring IT systems and procedures comply with company policies.
  • Building strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
ProfileA successful IT Analyst should have:
