Calisen is in an excitingand strong position where we are seeing growth and development in all areas of the business, and due to this growth, we now have an exciting opportunity to join us on a temporary basis as a Customer Service Advisor working within our lively call centre aspart of our smart metering exchange team.As a Customer Service Advisor with Calisen, youll be the superhero of the phone lines, scheduling smart meter appointments and dazzling customers with your top-notch service skills. Get ready to collaborate with different departments, find awesome solutions,and even flex those administrative muscles by generating letters for our fantastic customers.Join our crew as a Customer Service Superstar! Dive into a 6-month adventure, working 37.5 hours a week. Our fixed shift pattern is a breeze: 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday, with just one Saturday shift every four weeks from 8am to 5pm. Enjoy the best of bothworlds with our hybrid setup – work from home and pop into our fun Wigan call centre HQ at least two days a week. Plus, youll earn a pro rata annual salary of £23,400 while making a real difference.What we are looking for

  • Energetic candidate with a solid educational background (at least GCSE level).
  • Amazing telephone skills and able to navigate Microsoft Office like a pro.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, especially if you’ve worked your magic in customer service before in either telephone-based setups or face-to-face.
  • Bonus points for call centre experience!
  • Other superpowers include superb communication & people skills.
  • You’re a team player with a knack for collaboration while also able to shine and show initiative.
  • Organisational and administrative skills that would make any superhero jealous.
