GMP Recruitment are proud to partner a highly successful, world-leading engineering company, who specialise in the development and manufacture of invasive technology. We are currently supporting their recruitment for a Technical Buyer to join their teamin Willenhall.To be considered for this role you MUST demonstrate previous experience in a project based mechanical engineering environment with a detailed knowledge of technical procurement.This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Thursday, 07:30am - 15:30pm and Friday, 07:30am - 12:30pm. Salary on offer is circa £35K which is dependent on relevant experience.Working as a Technical Purchaser/Buyer, you will use your key skills in technical procurement to support company projects and financial objectives.The successful candidate will have experience in working in a project based mechanical engineering environment with a detailed knowledge of technical procurement. You need to be familiar with both electrical and mechanical engineering processes and willpossess a relevant qualification (ONC/D).
