Job Description

The Opportunity:FP&A Manager - Salary up to £80,000 - Excellent Benefits including Car Allowance - Hybrid WorkingA unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for an FP&A Manager/Senior FP&A Business Partner to join an excellent multinational organisation on Teesside, operating within the energy sector.Main duties/responsibilities:

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure financial plans align with overall organisational goals
  • Annual Budgeting and Forecasting: Oversee the development of annual budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Monitor execution and make necessary adjustments.
  • Complex Financial Models: Create and maintain sophisticated financial models. These models serve as decision-making tools, providing insights into financial performance, risk assessment, and growth opportunities.
  • Trend Analysis: Regularly analyse financial data to identify trends, both positive and negative. Use this analysis to inform strategic decisions.
You will be/have:
  • Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • AdvancedFinancial Modelling Skills
  • 5 + years experience in FP&A
  • Energy sector experience
  • 2 + years leadership experience
  • Effective communication & presentation abilities
