Producing accurate and high-quality valuation reports to our lenders and private clients
Travel across London to conduct a range of valuations/surveys and occasionally come to the office for meetings
Strong market knowledge and to keep up to date with market changes
Observing RICS regulatory requirements and be aware of any changes, including Red Book related standards
Understanding the companies’ policies and procedures specifically relating to Quality Assurance, Health & Safety
Providing high levels of customer service to the client base

Chartered Valuations Surveyor - Person Profile:

Extensive previous residential valuations surveying experience
MRICS, FRICS or AssocRICS qualified
Proven track record in a surveying practice
Passionate about delivering outstanding service
Collaborative and keen to share residential surveying knowledge and experience
Focused on personal improvement and bring new thinking and methods to the team
Comfortable working remotely with travel across London for surveys
Driving licence and own car

Package - Chartered Valuations Surveyor:

Basic Salary £50-60,000
A range of company benefits
Monday - Thursday 9am - 5.30pm and Friday 9am - 5pm
Remote working - some travel to office in SW London and across London for surveys
