Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our client on a part-time basis to cover a maternity leave.This role is offered on a fixed-term contract for 6 months, with the possibility of extension thereafter. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support during our evening shifts on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays from19:00 to 23:00. You will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolve issues and complaints with efficiency and empathy, and provide product information and support. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions while collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
