Job Description

Robert Half is assisting a leading Global Consulting Firm in finding an experienced Data Migration Lead with expertise in business analysis, data quality management, and the Microsoft ERP stack, particularly Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.Contract Assignment Details:

Initial 6-month interim contract, with the potential for extension based on project requirements as the programme spans approximately two years.
Hybrid working model with 1-2 days per week in London.
Daily rate of £400-450 p/day

Skills and Knowledge Required:

Data Migration Lead level experience
Data Analysis: Ability to analyse business processes, identify data flows, data owners and access controls, and data retention rules. Identify gaps and establish mitigations. Adept at analysing data, identifying patterns, and drawing meaningfulinsights to support data cleanse and data migration activities.
Tooling Proficiency: Establish data integrity exception reporting and programmatic remediation of data gaps and inconsistencies in line with the implemented ALM methodology.
Automate data extraction and transformation from source systems to target data load formats as specified by Systems Integrators.
Develop data validation checks to support data migration sign-offs by the Data and Business Insights Lead and Data Owners.
GDPR Compliance: Fully conversant with GDPR requirements.
Data Quality Management: Able to formulate data quality and integrity checks.
Microsoft ERP Expertise: Experienced and knowledgeable in the Microsoft ERP stack, especially Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
