Job Description

Job Title: Senior Mortgage Collections AgentLocation: WolverhamptonSalary:£35,000 - £40,000 (DOE)1. Doyou have experience within mortgage collections, either Buy-To-Let, Commercial or Residential mortgages2. Are you responsible for the end-to-end collections journeyIf you answered "yes" to the above questions, then I would love to hear from you.If you answered "no" to either of the above questions, Im afraid this is not the job for you and there is no need to apply... Mortgage Collections Specialist Overview: We need experienced professionals to manage the full mortgage collections process, from early arrears to litigation. You must have extensive experience in mortgage collections and understand this role thoroughly.Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end mortgage arrears, ensuring compliance and fair outcomes.
  • Identify root causes of arrears and barriers to repayment.
  • Mentor and coach team members.
  • Manage complex cases and support vulnerable customers.
  • Build strong relationships with external partners and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in mortgage arrears support.
  • 2 years in complex financial support and vulnerability assistance.
  • Specialist knowledge of regulatory requirements and residential lending processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous coaching experience is preferred.
